Toyota Repair: 2003 4 runner V-6 4X4, belt pulley, throttle body

My 4 runner had the belt pulley replaced under a toyota TSB, the belt still makes noise at start up in the morning, also i feel a slight vibration on the gas pedal when i press it to accelerate, dealer says noise and vibration are normal, do you know of a fix? thanks mannie.

It is really hard for me to help on this one without being able to hear the noise.  The belt should not make noise though. Have you had the belt itself replaced in addition to the pulley?  

Honestly on the throttle I don't know what you are feeling. Sometimes the throttle body gets dirty and the pedal will be "stiff" at first but free up as it opens farther.
