Toyota Repair: Wipers not working, washer motor, wiper motor

Question
I turned on my wipers while they were frozen to the window.When I turned them on they did not and have not worked since. We have checked the power from the fuse and are not seeing any power at the fuse on the inlet side with the key on. The motor is ok the washer pump motor is ok the switch on the column is ok we are just not getting any power to anything.

       Got your feed back. Well I agree with you that this is simple question. but you mentioned by yourself that the wiper motor , washer motor ,fuse , Column , everything is ok.  Did you check the motors separately and directly? Because the only thing left is the ignition switch and positive supply from the battery to the ignition switch. I don't mind anything what ever your feed back might be. hope to hear from u.
