Toyota Repair: 94 Celca Battery draining, specific gravity test, clock radio

Question
My 94 Celica's battery keeps draining. I removed the factory installed alarm over the summer and it made the car last between starts much longer, but now the car doesn't start after just a few hours.
I have tested the battery, it works and holds a charge. (I disconnected it from the car for a week and started it today with no problem.) I checked the alternator, and it was also good. Today I have checked my fuses with a test light. When I connect the test light to the negative terminal, the light goes on and stays for about 3 seconds, then goes out. When checking the fuses on the engine compartment, only when I removed the fuse which I guess goes to the interior fuse compartment, did the light stop coming on. I tested each fuse in the interior and it still had the same problem.

I drove the car around to charge it, all the gauges work, sunroof works, windows and door locks work. What doesn't work is the clock, radio, and lights on the doors and overhead and hatch. Instrument lights are fine.

Any suggestions?

Answer
Check the load on the battery with everything OFF.

Do a real load-test on the battery, and/or do a specific gravity test of the battery fluid with a hydrometer/

The other things are normally powered by the DOME fuse which splices down to supply several sub-systems like the clock/radio/climate control, some interior lighting, some ,mirror/window systems. All of which have their own fusing also.
