Toyota Repair: 1996 Camry Brakes, highway speeds, abs computer

Question
I have a 1996 Camry LE (4-cylinder)that has intermittent brake lock-up when normal brake pedal pressure is applied.  This has happened twice now at normal highway speeds. Any suggestions to tell the mechanic?

Answer
the speed sensor for the abs either has rust flakes in it or the rust has built up around the sensor base, pulling it out a fraction of an inch and its loosing the signal to the ABS computer and putting it in abs prematurely.
Take sensor out and sand down the mounting flange area.
