Toyota Repair: Tail lights wont come on, toyota cressida, headlamp switch

OK ive changed the bulbs and check the fuses and their all good but my tail lights will not come on my turn signal works back up lights work brake lights work. Its a toyota cressida yr 87 4door v6 2.8 mileagage way over 100,000

Do you have 12 volt at the TAIL fuse?

if no,

you need to see if there is voltage going thru the headlamp switch.It may be worn out.
The wiring diagrams I have only go back to 1990.
It should be a green/white wire coming off the switch.
check for power in and out.
