Toyota Repair: 93 Camry Over Heating, power steering pump, radiator fan

Question
My Camry 93 V6 LE has been overheating as soon as I get off the express way. I have changed my water pump and drive belt and I am at lost as to why my car is over heating. I was thinking if changing my power steering would help with the heating problem. I have even added extra radiator fan to keep it cool, however my efforts are in vain. I would really appreciate you help.

Thank You

Answer
the fan is driven by the power steering pump.
Youll need figure out if its the pump, relay or the hydrolic fan motor,
Make sure the fan is spinning at high speed when hot at idle. Its easier to have you look thru the manual then explain.
