Toyota Repair: 1994 V6 Camry rev limit problem, metal particles, transmission failure

Question
At WOT my Camry accelerates perfectly to 5K RPM but then starts to rev limit/stumble.  The shift point would normally happen around 6K RPM (just under redline) but it never gets close. Letting off the accelerator allows a shift to the next gear and things are great until 5K RPM is reached in the next gear. Pulled 2 codes today - P0135 (O2 sensor) and P0773 (SL valve in tranny - tranny shifts perfect).  Will changing the sensor have any effect?  What could be wrong?  Thanks!

Answer
The 773 code indicates a problem with the torque converter lock-up system/solenoid this could be due to transmission failure because metal particles can get into the solenoid and cause it to not function, remove the transmission oil pan and inspect it for metal particles, if there are the transmission is having a major problem and will need to be replaced.
