Toyota Repair: Toyota T100 Fuel Pump, fuel pressure guage, toyota t100

Question
I have a 1993 T100 with EFI.  It died at an intersection and has not restarted.  I suspect the fuel pump but would like to verify.  Is there any way to test without a fuel pressure guage?
Truck will fire over with a shot of starting fluid in the air intake.
There is a fuse block (?) located behind the battery labeled EFI.  Is there any way to test this?

Answer
Locate the diagnostic link connector under the hood open the cover and put a jumper wire between the terminals FP and B+ doing this will supply power directly to the fuel pump bypassing all the fuses and relays, if the engine starts the fuel pump is not the problem and you will need to check all the fuses and start checking relays and wiring, if the engine doesn't start the fuel pump needs to be replaced.
