Toyota Repair: Cruiese control on 91 Camry, brake light switch, model 91

Question
Hi Mike. I was driving along the highway lock in at 100 kph when i was starting to loose speed so i stepped on the gas to compensate (C.C. will kick out in 5th gear if  drops 10 kph) and went to reset /resume speed when the cruise kicked out and would not reset. the green light on the dash switch turns on but will not set/hold when cruise is turned to set position. I have a 4-cylinder 2.0L 5-speed manual transmission , 250,000km for mileage, model '91 Camry LE. What could cause this problem and where is the fuse located for the  Cruise Control Plus other sensors . Could i find a link online that shows this information. Thx, Keith.

Answer
If the light is on the cruise circuit is live,
Check to see if the brake lights are working properly.
Thats the no 1 cause Ive seen.
Brake light switch or brake lights stuck on or fluid level low.
You can get a code from it by turning the cruise switch on while holding the switch in the Accel position.
The its will flash a code, Its a complicated procedure.
You can get the repair manual procedure in full atwww.techinfo.toyot.com
up to a 93 vehicle should work
