Toyota Repair: 2002 Toyota Sienna, left turn signal, toyota sienna

Question
Greetings

Just changed out a fuse in my 2002 Sienna LE, it's fuse 29 for the rear parking/license plate lights an alike. The fuse was blown and the license plate lights were dead.  They've been replaced.  Since I changed the fuse, a 10, the Left Turn signal will stay lit.  Unless the headlights are off.  Then it works fine.  The Right side works without issue. The D for Drive will however will flash, if the lights are off and the signal is engaged to go left. It's perplexing as I cannot seem to isolate the problem.

Answer
Were any other bulbs in either the front or rear replaced at the same time? If so recheck to make sure that the correct bulbs are installed in each socket, some have two contacts and some have only one, if any are mixed up it will create a problem like this. Does this Sienna have a trailer hitch?
