Toyota Repair: 92 camry V6 automatic, camry v6, gas gauge

my temp, tach, speedometer, gas gauge, shifter, and radio lights don't work when i turn on my headlights. but the radio lights work when the headlight switch is not on. the warning lights work. i checked the fuses, they look fine. is there a fusable link burnt out some where or a short? i didn't pull anything apart yet. your help is appreciated.

You didn't check all the fuses, did you check the ones under the hood? Check them with an ohm meter with the battery disconnected. Has anyone tried to jump start the battery recently, if so check the 100 amp alternator fuse under the hood in the black fuse box.
