Toyota Repair: Starter 1996 Toyota Camry, toyota camry, shallow socket

Question
Dear Mike,
When trying to start my engine, it simply gives a clicking noise
which I think means that the starter needs to be replaced.  The
battery is good (gave it a jump start and that didn't help).  I
heard that the problem may be the starter contacts and that if it
is and I rteplace them directly it would save me a lot of money.
How easy is it to remove the starter from a 1996 4-cylinder
Camry (where is it, by the way) and what tools do I most likely
need (a rachet set?, etc.)?  Could it be anything other than the
starter?  Thank you in advance for your kind answer.
Take care,
Mark
P.S. Here's the info. you requested: Toyota Camry, 4-cylinder,
automatic, approx. 145,000miles, and this problem occurred
after a long drive on the highway.

Answer
GET A TERMINAL KIT AT THE DEALER.
lOOK AT WHAT THEY GIVE YOU AND ITS EASY TO SEE WHERE THEY GO.EASY JOB.
TO REMOVE THE STARTER-
TAKE THE BATTERY AND TRAY OUT. THEN YOULL NEED A RATCHET A 6 INCH EXTENSION, A 14 MM SWIVEL SOCKET, AND A 12 MM SHALLOW SOCKET FOR THE CABLE.

THERE IS A DOG HOUSE SHAPED COVER THAT COMES OFF THE STARTER AND THE TERMINALS ARE INSIDE.
