Toyota Repair: engine repair or replace, power steering pump, engine bearings

Question
I have a 94 Celica ST, with 150k. The power steering pump is leaking. When I took it in to Toyota for repair they found other problems, leaking engine bearings, water pump, timing belt and the power steering pump.  Est was $1,500.  I wondering if it would be better to replace the whole engine because of the mileage and worn valves and pistons.
Thanks
Jon

Answer
You wouldnt get a new PS pump with the new or used engine.
I always think you should fix what you have because you know where its been,
Get a second opinion.
Have them prioritize the repairs and spread them out to make them fit your budget.
