Toyota Repair: 2000 tacoma transmission problem, happy mike, aint nobody

I recently did a transmission fluid and filter change on my girlfriend's 2000 Tacoma.  It is a 4 cyl. automatic.  When she puts it in reverse, it lags and hesitates on engaging the reverse gear.  All of the other gears seem to work fine.  Just curious as to what may be causing this and if she should break up with me.  Thanks for your time.

Well, was it working fine before you touched it?
Did you use a Toyota trans filter?
There may just be something stuck in a valve.
You might want to go back and make sure you didnt get sealer or dirt or something in the trans or on the valve body.
Unfortunatly weather or not she breaks up with you is her decision. I cant help you there.But get it fixed ASAP!
