Toyota Repair: 2001 Tundra V8 squeak, serpentine belt, squeak

Question
Hi, I have a 2001 Tundra 4X4.  It was doing fine until I got a new serpentine belt put on.  Now, it squeaks when it is cold and until I drive for about 10 miles.  I took back to the mechanic and he put on another belt and changed some bearings.  It did fine one day and then the next morning the squeak is back.  He is now going to order a new idle pulley tensioner, but not sure if that will fix it.  Any ideas are greatly appreciate!  Truck has 148K miles on it and engine sounds great and truck drives great.

Answer
Toyota had issued a service bulletin addressing this condition, refer to TSB EG026-06, it involves replacing the tensioner and the a/c compressor bracket, if your mechanic can't locate the bulletin I can email it to you but I will need an email address.
