Toyota Repair: 1985 toyota cressida, head gasket, toyota cressida

i am in an automotive class and i picked up a cressida because i wrecked my car. i had to put a new head gasket in it to get it to running condition. i put everything back together and turned it over. it sounds smooth turning over so everything is aligned. i am getting fuel. i am not getting spark. i have a couple connectors that have no place that i can see. they are an off white color. one has four female prongs. and the other has one female prong. do these go anywhere. and do you think that is my problem. the car is not in front of me now so i cant remember if they are hooked up to the harness or if they come from the car. i believe it is from the harness. the single prong comes out of a break off of the harness and of the two ends one plugs into the a/c. i am concerned about the four prong though. i dont remember disconnecting it. and my teacher says it has to go to a cam or crank sensor so that the computer knows when to give spark. any help you can give would be great. thank you for your time

I have not seen a 1985 cressida in many years, is it possible that you can send some digital photos and I may be able to help, my resources for this model are limited although I worked on them on a regular basis it just goes to far back, if you can send some photos let me know and I will give you an email address to send them to.
