Toyota Repair: front end drive line, toyata camry, hydrolic press

Question
I have a 1985 toyata camry, front wheel drive, automatic. I am replacing the cv joint's and have a question about the inner wheel baring's is there anyway top pres them without a press? do theses need to be pressd ? what does being pressed mean ,partaining to this ?

Answer
If your just trying to get the axle out of the hub to rebuild it. Use two ball pein hammers and some penetrating oil and knock it inward.they will come out of the hubs. Careful not to damage the threads.

If your changing the bearings also,
You need to put them in a hydrolic press and push them out with excessive force.
Not a job you can do with out a press.
