Toyota Repair: Blown Fuse In Toyota Sienna, blown fuse, fuse panel

Hi, We have a Toyota Sienna with a TV in it that is sometimes used to play a playstation that is plugged into a power interveter that its plugged into the power outlet in the car, but the fuses for those in our car have blown. How can i change them so that they can be used again?

Those fuses are located in the fuse panel under the dash, the fuse cover is marked to identify the fuses, replace the power outlet fuses, this will not solve the problem because if the fuses keep blowing there is something causing an excessive current draw.
