Toyota Repair: starting problems, 1989 toyota camry, toyota camry

Question
I have a 1989 toyota camry automatic trans 4 cylinder. Changed distributor, rotar, plugs and spark plug lines, and fuel filter.
However when I first start car in the morning, it will not start up until 4th or 5th attempt, then if I step on accelerator pedal immediately after start up,engine dies. Have to wait atleast 20 seconds before I can give it some gas.
After that car will immediately start up during the rest of the day. This happens only in the mornings when car has been setting for a extended amount of time.

Answer
In most cases this problem is caused by a large intake air leak between the air filter and the throttle body on the intake hoses, check to make sure there are no cracks in the hoses, if that's not the case the idle speed control valve is a common problem, it's located on the throttle body and it may need to be replaced.
