Toyota Repair: electrical, amp fuse, fuse holder

Question
How can I make my cigarette lighter live at all times ?  I want to charge my cell phone.  2006 Tacoma

You could tap into several sources under the dash.
Youd need a wire diagram. www.techinfo.toyota.com

It may be just as easy to run a fused wire from the battery to the socket.
Put the fuse holder as close to the battery as possible with a 15 amp fuse.
Run it thru the firewall thru a grommet.Zip tie it up to do a neat installation.
