Toyota Repair: flasher unit, flasher relay, loose ground

Hi,
Can you tell me where the flasher unit is located on a 90 Camry?  Symptoms: rear turn signals flash normally, front do not flash, they do light up though.

The flasher is located under the left kick panel on the relay block, it should be marked as the flasher relay, flashers rarely cause problems so I think there may be something else causing this, let me know if replacing the flasher did not help, better yet make sure that all the bulb sockets have the correct bulbs in them and check for any loose ground connections in the rear tail light assemblies, make sure all the white/black ground wires are tight.
