Toyota Repair: check engine light 99 solara P0171 P1130, air fuel ratio, sensor replacement

Question
Hello,
My 99 solara sle is acting up now.  My engine light came on and i got the
codes P0171 and p1130.    Does anybody know what I have going on?  I have noticed that If I try to hold the RPMs at a certain level, say 2k, the engine starts to run very rough after a few seconds, and when I try to push the gas farther down, it doesnt seem to want to go any higher.  This only happens when revving slowly, fast revs dont cause this.

Also, my airbag light is flashing continuously.  there is no pausing.  just
evenly spaced out flashes.  how do I check this system?

Answer
p0171 is a lean code, usually by itself, combined with looking at scan toll freeze frame data it would indicate a bad MAF sensor,
However with the p1130 code, A?F sensor range problem, I would start with an Air fuel ratio sensor replacement.

The Airbag light needs to have a scan tool hooked up.
If its only flashing when someone reads codes , thats fine.
It may be flashing a normal code.
Have it looked at.
