Toyota Repair: Sienna starting trouble, clicking sound, starter solenoid, cross country drive

Question
Hello!  Here’s one that has me stumped.  I have a 98 Toyota Sienna LE, 157,000 miles, in pretty good shape.  Right after finishing a cross-country drive this summer, a clicking sound started to occur.  It happens only when the starter is engaged.  It sounds like relay chatter although a bit louder than a relay usual gets (although a quick check of the starter relay control circuit shows it appears to be fine).  On a cooler day, the issue is barely noticeable.  On hotter days or when the engine is good and warm from driving, the clicking will be much louder and the van will have trouble starting.  I load tested the battery and cleaned the contacts, so I'm fairly sure the problem isn't there.  I'm suspecting the starter solenoid but would rather avoid spending $200 and find that's not the issue.  Is there anything else I should suspect?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Ive usally seen that be the battery.
The load on the bad battery from the starter is so high that the voltage drops and it cant fully engage the solenoid.

Load test the battery, may have a bad cell
