Toyota Repair: 06 Camry A/C smell, drain tube, baking soda

Our 06 Camry LE has a strong moldly odor when the A/C runs. I want to check/clear the drain tube but can't find it. Where does it start and what's the best way to clear it?
Also, do those A/C odor treatments sold at AutoZone type store work?

Pull up the carpet on the pass side.
Pull rearward from the firewall.
its in the left corner near the console.
Black tube.
pull out of floor, blow thru it and quickly put back thru the floor grommet.

Yes the srays work, so does Lysol and sprinkling baking soda under the carpet. also cheaper!
