Toyota Repair: 1992 Toyota Previa brakes, wheel disc brakes, disc brakes

Question
I have a 1992 Toyota Previa LE, All-Trac van. It has 4 wheel disc brakes, 2.4 engine and AT.

I just got this vehicle, the previous owner told me the brakes needed to be bled. I did bleed the brake system, but the pedal still goes to the floor and the brakes barely work (other than the parking brake, which is a drum-in-disc type). It doesn't matter if the engine is running or not, you can push the pedal as many times as you want and it still goes to the floor.

I am at a loss. The pads are worn but not down to the wear indicators. Is it possible that if all the pads are worn, the system cant push enough fluid to compensate?

Please help.

Answer
Does it use fluid?
If not you need to jack it up to see if they work.
May have stuck sliders on the calipers.
Spin the wheel and hit the brake and see if they stop spinning, one wheel at a time. If they all work and you have no leaks, you may have a bad master cylinder.
Youll need to get that looked at asap.
Obviously a safety issue.
