Toyota Repair: distributor timming 85 22R 244k 2WD PICKUP, head bolts, heli coil

hopefully this will be the last time i bug you on this engine LOL, ok if you could tell me the position of the disrtbutor when it contacts the cam so it will be in time, and here is the big problem when removing the head bolts one was hard to get out ,when it came out it brought some threads with it then when putting the head back on the threads in the  block striped out  at30 FT lb is there anything i can do, do they make a threaded insert for that or something

Mark the side of the dist where the #1 plug wire is.
Take the cap off.
Line the rotor to the #1 cyl mark you made.
Line up the hole for the hold down bolt to the middle of the adjustment slot and push the dist in.

you can get a heli-coil to fix the headbolt hole at a parts store
