Toyota Repair: 2000 Camry SE/ Clock, Cig.Lighter,&Both Power Mirrors Are Out?, light the fuse, toyota camry

Hi! I have a 2000 Toyota Camry LE>4Cyl.>Auto Trans.>68,000 miles. A few weeks back, the dashboard digital clock went blank, then the driver's& passenger side power mirrors stopped working along with the cig. lighter! I thought it was just a fuse. Went to an auto parts store, pulled out the lil' tray (left & lower drivers side in dash.)Brought one of the techs out with a flashlight & his pliers to pull & check them. They all checked fine! Now I am left wondering what could have made all 3 of these electrical items stop back to back! Could ya please point me in the right direction? Can't afford to have the DEALERSHIP fix this--so any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance-Tina

CIG fuse supplies power to all three.
Check that first with a test light.
The fuse may look fine but have no power to it.
If the car runs and theres no voltage at the CIG fuse, there is an open wire somewhere.
