Toyota Repair: Morning Start Ups, start ups, throttle body

Question
Each morning, when I first start up my 2001 Camry 4cyl, it acts like it is running on one cylinder for about ten seconds. It will either then stall or the motor will catch and it will run fine. If it stalls out, I can immediately restart it and it will be fine. It runs like a champ after the first ten seconds or so.

At the end of a day, when it has not been cranked all day, it will also do this sometimes but generally it starts up and runs fine. Any idea on this early morning starting issue?

Answer
A very common idle problem is that the idle speed control valve is sticking, it's located on the throttle body, at this mileage it's best to just replace it, the valve is located on the bottom of the throttle body which has to be removed to get the ISC valve off.
