Toyota Repair: Sequoia door panel, door latch, control rods

Question
We have a 2002 and the drivers side door latch has broken.  We ordered a new one from the dealership for $25, but they want $150 to install.  I'm pretty handy, but don't want to break anything else on the door : )

How do I remove the panela nd replace the latch?  or should I just suck it up and pay the $150?

This not really an easy thing to replace, removing the door panel is not so difficult but then you have to deal with a few linkages and control rods and the door lock actuator, some of the connecting link connecting clips are hard to get to and sometimes the glass has to come out to get to them, the $150 sounds very reasonable for this repair.
