Toyota Repair: 1992 Toyota corrola Oil Leak, toyota corrola, cam shaft

Question
I have a oil leak on a 1992 corrola with 260,000 miles on it. Car still passes smog with about half of the allowed emissions. Oil leak is on the passenger side near the front wheel. I fugure it is the front main crank seal on the cam shaft seal. It is also time to change the timing belt again. I have changed the timing belt many times but not the oil seals. My Questions is how hard is it to change the oil seals and are any special tools required.

Answer
Once the timing belt is off it's a matter of pulling off the bottom gear and removing the cam gear to replace both seals, no special tools are needed, the only difficulty that may come up is that sometimes the bottom gear gets stuck and may require a puller device to get it off.
