Toyota Repair: 92 Corolla starts then dies, blown fuse, cranks

Question
I'm sorry I didn't make this more clear. I replaced the alternator fuse assuming that was the (only) problem. Now the car cranks and sounds like it starts but dies when I release the key.

Question -
After my mother tried jump-starting she had me replace the battery in her 92 Corolla. The headlights would come on but I didn't get so much as a click when I turned the key. Upon further inspection I found the 100A alternator fuse was blown. We replaced that and now the car seems to start but dies as soon as I release the key. Any suggestions? Is this a repair best left to the pros?
Answer -
take he top off the fuse, pop it off. Jump the 2 halves together and see if everything comes back. This is a TEMPORARY fix to see if you need anything else.
The fuse bolts into the block.
It was probably jump started backwards.

If your not up to it, take it to the shop.

Answer
you have powere to the ecu during crank but not when key is "on".
You still have a blown fuse somewhere or a bad relay.
Trace thru the wiring on "starting and Ignition " page of repair manual.
