Toyota Repair: electrical 1997 four runner toyota 6cyl 4wd 59000 miles, fuse block, fuse panel

First over night i had to get a jump-start, the alternator seems ok because the lights are bright when the engine is running.the battery is 18 months old ,now i see the alternator fuse blown , how to remove the the alt. fuse its connected to the positive wire from the battery ?. please hurry thank you very much bob.

Answer
If its blown, chances are someone jumped it backwards.
The fuse bolts to the fuseblock.Unbolt the fuseblock from the inner fenderwell.
Take the cover off look for lock tabs around the fuse panel. Pop it thru the fuse block and unbolt it.


DISCONNECT BATTERY FIRST
