No speedometer, odometer. Got it back that way from dealer, No "good will" in New York. 800 number's answer is if the dealer doesn't want to fix it nothing they can do. Anyone else I can contact.
Answer -
how soon after did they not work.
Kinda "fishy" if you got it back that way.

Give them another chance, they can "good will" the repair if they want your bussness.
Call the 800 # in the owners manual if your not satisfied.
The sensors on the axle are for abs and shouldnt kill the speedo.

Answer
Somethings not right.
Toyota has an allowance for all its dealers to "good will" a repair. Someone is BSing you.
They wont have a leg to stand on. Call small claims court or an attorney or the Better bussiness beaura. Make lots of noise. Tell the Hotline you wont buy another Toyota and threaten to tell all your friends you got shafted by the dealer, if thats the way you feel.
I cant see why they wouldnt help you. Not ethical. Bad Bussiness.
