FOLLOW UP QUESTION--REMOVED HEAD AND THEN THE PISTON ON CYLINDER WITH 20 PSI AND FOUND HEAD OK--PISTON KIND OF CLEAN AND RINGS FREE AND CLEAN--CAN THE RINGS BE BAD EVEN IF THEY ARE CLEAN AND MOVE FREELY--THANKS GEORGE
