Toyota Repair: 1990 Toyota Truck 4x4 Clutch, clutch slave cylinder, clutch fluid

Question
I've been having some problems with my clutch on my 1990 toyota truck.  It seems to be having a very hard time getting into gear.  I have to push as hard as I can to get it going.  I've also lost the ability to start the engine using the clutch..I have to start it using the clutchless start button.   I've taken the clutch fluid and replaced some of it with 5.1 dot fluid but that didn't do much.  What part has worn out and how much do you think it will cost to fix it?

Answer
There are a few things that need to be checked, first of all check the hydraulic fluid hose near the firewall on the right side, these are known to leak, if it's leaking replace it and get all the air out.
Another place to look at are the clutch slave cylinder and the master cylinder for leaks, check for a leak from the master cylinder on the inside of the firewall, if it's leaking replace both of the hydraulic cylinders.
