Toyota Repair: 92 Previa codes 43 & 71, egr system, toyota dealer

Just got these 2 codes on my Previa (145k miles).  I'm in the mountains (5500 ft) and it has run rough when cold (25 degrees), currently but also in the past.  The van is usually at sea level.  

I have seen others with the 71 code (EGR), but can't find 43.  Once I know what 43 is, which one should be worked on first?

Ignore the 43 code, the one you need to be concerned with is the 71, it means that the EGR system has a malfunction.
Diagnosing an EGR system takes special tools and is a little involved so I recommend that you either have the toyota dealer check it or someone that you believe knows what they are doing.
