Toyota Repair: Air bag light, onboard diagnostics, srs system

Question
Why does my airbag light blink continually? I was tapped in the rear bumper. Since then the airbag light continually blinks. The airbag did NOT go off. I have a 1999 Toyota Tacoma Xtra cab 4x4. Thank you.

The SRS system has onboard diagnostics so I will need to know the diagnostic trouble code in order to even start helping diagnose the problem,please have a toyota dealer retreive all the codes in the computer and let me know what they are and I may be able to help.
