Toyota Repair: 95 T100 engine Idle, carbon deposits, stiff brush

My 95 T100 V6 Manual transmmision truck all of a sudden started to idle wierd.  When the engine is cold it idles about 600RPMs after it warms up it idles at around 1000 to 1300 RPMs.  It is like reversed.  Everything else runs fine and smooth. No other problems.  The engine has 189,000 miles.  Please Help.  Thanks Chris

Try this:
Remove the throttle body
Remove the idle speed control valve from the throttle body
With some throttle body cleaner or carb cleaner clean the inside of the idle speed control valve and the inside of the throttle body, use a stiff brush and remove all of the carbon deposits.
Reassemble everything
This shouild take care of the problem.
