Toyota Repair: 86 Camry Radiator fan fuse?, upper radiator hose, radiator fans

Question
I'm having a problem with my radiator fans and can't figure out what's gone wrong.

A couple days ago I removed the upper radiator hose trying to loosen the oil filter for an oil change (yeah, yeah, yeah, I should've known better).

When finished I re-attached the hose and re-filled the radiator with pre-diluted anti-freeze. (There are no leaks and the hose is tightly fastened.)

Everything worked fine for a couple days but all of a sudden it's heating up drastically because the radiator fans aren't coming on.

I checked the Haynes guide (which is useless) and it tells me to check the fuses but there don't appear to be any fuses for the fan.

I didn't disconnect any wiring so I'm kind of going nuts here.

Any advice, Ted? (Please keep in mind I'm an idiot.)

Answer
There is a possibility that there is air in the cooling system that is forming a pocket somewhere, with the engine cooled down check the coolant level and if needed add coolant slowly to bring it up.
If thats not the case try replacing the thermostat, the switch that is supposed top turn the fans on is right there on the thermostat housing so make sure it is connected.
With the key on remove the connector from the fan switch and see if the fan now comes on. If they do come on the fuses are not the problem, yes there are fuses for the fans they are located in the fuse block under the hood, I apologize but I do not have too many resources available for this model anymore so I'm going by memory alone.
