Toyota Repair: headlights/dash, work question, dash lights

Question
First, my 97 Avalon's low beam light (or bulb) burned-out on the drive's side, but the high beam does work; question: how do I replace the beam/bulb. Second, most of the lights on the dash board are out except the light speedometor; how can I correct that.

Answer
First check all of the fuses under the hood and also inside under the fuse cover, check to make sure the gauge fuse and the tail fuse are good, the tail lights and dash lights are on the same fuse, check the headlight fuses each headlight has two fuses one for low beam and one for the high beam. Also make sure the rheostat control switch for the dash lights is not turned all the way down.
