How do I change the cabin air filter in my 2003 Toyota Avalon XLS?

Open the glove compartment and remove the small phillips screw on the right connecting the damper, squeeze the sides of the comparment door to let it open past the stops, the air cleaner is in the rectangular enclosure, it has two clips that hold it on.
