Toyota Repair: r&r fuel filter on toyota t-100 r-22, upper bracket, intake manifold

please tell me the best way to replace this filter. was told to remove starter but still couldn't see easy access to filter mounting bolts or easy way to put new one in.  thanks appreiciate any help!

There is no easy way, in the past I have always removed the starter at least you can see what you are doing and it makes the top bolt on the bracket a lot easier to get to.
After the starter is out of the way remove the rear fitting and then the front one, remove the bolts on the block and the upper bracket bolt attached to one of the intake manifold nuts.
