Toyota Repair: 1998 Toyota Camry Fuse problems, power door locks, fuse problems

Question
I have a question about my 1998 Toyota Camry. this is the second time since around June that a fuse or two have blown. Both times the Dashboard backlight doesnt light up, the clock doesnt light up or is very faint, the radio doesnt work, the A/C doesnt light up(only the acutal A/C on/off button and the rear defroster light up), the power door locks, and the car alarm. I am not sure on what fuse that this would be but like i said its the second time that it has happened in a few months. Now I know there is a fuse under the hood and i can not find it at all. I know about the ones behind the pull out holder thing, but i cant find a fuse under the hood at all so if you know where that is and could tell me that would be so helpful. Also, I have gone threw a few bulbs since about June too in the overhead dome light, too. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Answer
There are a few fuses that need to be checked, locate the 30A power fuse in the dash and make sure it is intact, it is larger the the other fuses and has a clear plastic cover on it, locate and check the cig lighter, gauge, dome fuses also these may be causing the problem.
