Toyota Repair: Camry 4dr,LE,1996, window door locks, power door locks

Power windows. power door locks, and power moon roof not working can you tell me the location of the relays or fuse that contols these. What do you think the problem and solution might be.  Thank You

First check the 30Amp "POWER" fuse, it's located in the fuse panel to the left and just below the steering wheel, it's much larger than the rest of the fuses and can be identified by reading the inside of the fuse cover, all of the items you mentioned receive voltage from this fuse so I suspect that's were the problem is, the other issue is that what caused this fuse to fail?
Try replacing this fuse and see what happens, try using the power window, door locks etc one at a time and see which causes the fuse to blow when activated, another more common cause may be that something was plugged into the power outlet or cig lighter socket that caused this, maybe a phone charger, elctric razor, or any other accesory that may have shorted or drew to much current.
