Toyota Repair: 99 Camry fan switch, heater blower resistor, toyota camry

How do I remove the interior fan switch on a 1999 Toyota Camry?  The switch only works on the highest speed and i want to replace it.  I'm just not sure how to disassemble the control area to get at the fan switch.

The problem is probably not the fan switch but the heater blower resistor, check it first, remove it to check to see if part of it is burned out, it should be located in the air ducting under the glove compartment,the glove compartment may have to be removed to find it, it's attached with either one or two small screws and has an electrical connector with a bunch of wires.
