Toyota Repair: 1993 toyota keeps overheating, steering box, electrical connector

Question
we have had the heads checked first,no problem.we have put brand new radiator, two thermostats, new water pump and new power steering box.we can not find no outside leak.went had heads checked again. It is still getting hot.It has a hydraulic fan.any help would be awesome.

Answer
I suspect the problem may be with the hydraulic fan, make sure it comes up to full speed when the engine gets hot, if it doesn't check to make sure that the electrical connector for the solenoid on top of the power steering pump is connected, this solenoid controls the fan fluid pressure.
