They replaced my front cv drive axle and now my ABS light stays on. They couldn't get anything to show up on the computer (like a code). What can they do to resolve this issue?

If the abs warning light is on there is a trouble code in the system, the most common cause is that the mechanic does not remove the abs speed sensor wires from the inner fender panel and stretches the wire for the sensor which breaks inside the insulation, you may want to consider taking it to a toyota dealer to have it diagnosed for a wheel speed sensor malfunction.
The solution is to replace the speed sensor on the wheel that had the axle replaced.
