Toyota Repair: 91 Camry Motor Mounts, camrys, steering wheel

Question
You have given me advice before regarding my '92 Corolla
vibration (replace right motor mount) and whether to keep this
car or sell it when I acquire father's '91 Camry 4. Thank you.

My father did state that the Camry is also beginning to suffer
from the idle shake (everything fine, but shakes when idling at
stoplight).

I had heard this is common for this car. Is the right motor mount
also to blaim, or will typically all the mounts need to be replaced
for best results. By the "right" mount, I assume you mean the
one at the front of the motor-the one removed when changing
the timing belt.

I haven't gone to IL to pick up the car yet, so I don't know the
severity. But, if my father tolerated it, it must be minor.

Answer
Some vibration on the 4 cylinder camrys at idle is normal and replacing motor mounts won't help much, after you pick up the car see how bad the vibration is and let me know, if there is a small amount of vibration felt in the steering wheel it is considered normal.
