Toyota Repair: regular maintenance, intermidiate, tire rotation

Question
I recently had my 15000 mile maintenance performed on my 2004 Rav4. It cost 200.00. What did they do besides the oil change and tire rotation?  I would have liked to have a list of things they did.
Are they supposed to change worn wiper blades?
Sorry, this sounds like two questions.
Thank you,
Lisa

Answer
A 15K intermidiate service normally runs about $70 at the dealer I work at, I have no idea what they did to charge you  this amount, what we do is change the oil/filter, the air filter, rotate the tires, adjust the brakes.
If you want an explanation as to why you were charged this much you will need to ask the repair shop that did the service for an itemized list of what was done, this is your right as a customer, if they are not able or willing to do this I would no longer patronize this establishment, in most states in the US it is required by law that you get a copy of the repair order that itemizes the parts and labor costs that a customer is charged, if you did not get this, talk to the manager of the repair shop for an explanation.
