Toyota Repair: Seat belt : NO WARNING LIGHT NOR BUZZING SOUND, warranty booklet, srs system

1999 Toyota Sienna CE (60K miles): NO WARNING SEAT BELT LIGHT NOR BUZZING SOUND

Driver side seat belt light and buzzer do not come on when the key is ON. I don't see a waning light on instrement panel at all. I even don't hear a buzzing sound at all. Is this a bulb or fuse problem? Where to check if it is?
Or Does the whole seat belt unit need to be repalced?
By the way, passenger side seat belt light is working fine.

The seat belt needs to be replaced, the warranty period for the SRS system is 60,000 miles, contact you toyota dealer immediately and have them diagnose it and see if it is still covered under the warranty, this is a safety issue and it is probably still covered under the warranty. Without looking at my warranty booklet, it's the best advice I can give you at this time.
